New Balance not taking responsibility.

I ordered shoes from New Balance South Africa online via their website newbalance.co.za ...paid for the shoes...a week later complained about the courier- Dawn Wing- they use who make empty promises about delivery- eventually they deliver- only to find its the wrong size. New Balance packed and sent the wrong size... THEIR RESPONSE? I have to go through a long drawn out process to have them picked up- and will they send the right shoes? NO! I have to make a new order and pay again while hoping to someday get a refund for THE WRONG SHOES THEY SENT!!! No help whatsoever from their staff- they only say that that is how their policy works.
