'New balance - if you love very poorly made, super expensive sneakers'

Just over 2 years after I bought a pair of new balance, the sole started separating from the rest of the shoe! I called the store I bought it from and on seeing the photo I sent them, they said the shoe was well worn and they couldn't help. I am disabled and looking at the shoe in the photo it looks like it just came out of the box (aside from the sole falling off). Was Urissa Thulsiapersadh, the store manager, deliberately mocking me as a disabled person? Knowing that I could barely walk and therefore would be unable to badly wear the shoe? In a country with any semblance of law and order, I would just go to court to sort this out . Sadly South Africa is not that kind of country. Having found Urissa's home address , I will go and visit the Thusiapersadh family to discuss possible outcomes. I am sure we can come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.
