New Balance - Gateway - Pathetic service

Today the 01.06.2019 I made the mistake of walking into the New Balance store at the Gateway. I walked in with the intention of buying some football shirts. There were 2 employees standing at the till point. They were busy between going through what looked like a credit card printout and chatting on WhatsApp or some social media. I enquired about the shirt I wanted to buy and after asking a second time i got a head shake while she kept looking at that credit card slip. I then asked if the store would be getting stock and I was blatantly ignored by both employees although I was standing a meter away(I urge you to validate with camera footage) I said the service is shocking and walked out of the store with no attempt by the useless employees to remedy my experience. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
