New Balance Atterbury Value Mart ( just don't care)

Worst service I have ever received or should I say lack of service. Purchased a pair of trainers R1699 on sale as per request of a podiatrist. Realized the shoes do not match, one leather and one suede. I assumed it was factory error, only to be told by Store Manager (***) it's a NEW TREND, information was given by area manager (***) to be sent to me. And that was that, I still have 2 different shoes, no one at New Balance cares. Easy to take a customers money but trying to have the mistake corrected is an ongoing battle. I just want a pair of tekkies that match. To much to ask for ??????
