New Balance atrocious service

I ordered and paid for a pair of sneakers online from New Balance on 18 December 2018 and to date (7 February 2019) have still not received my order. I have written to them on three (3) occasions and have had no reply. Furthermore, I have called there order line and there is no answer. For such a reputable company there service is atrocious, and if there service is a reflection of there product maybe it is a good thing that they have no made the delivery. I indicated in my emails to them that I was going to expose their poor (rather no) service.
