NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NEW BALANCE ONLINE

I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the bad service of the New Balance online store. I purchased sneakers online and unfortunately they were too small and I am been in contact with them to get them returned with no luck. The sad thing is that on their website they claim to have seamless returns which is just a lie and so deceiving, Its been two weeks waiting for my item to be collected with no luck, their call centre is also not of any help because you never get through. DO NOT BUY ANY FROM NEW BALANCE ONLINE EVER, YOU WILL REGRET... THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
