****ndous return process and zero communication with me, the customer!!!

I made a purchase on their online store, received the items and the was a size issue, not their fault....fair enough, I then proceed to do a return, got one email as an acknowledgement, and thereafter there was nothing pure silence, and on their website they state that it takes "3-5 days for collection" which wasn't the case, its been well over a month, dating from 6 May 2022 (purchase date) and still the items are with me, no apology no nothing, today I made another return (previous ****15), patiently waiting for the response, this has to be the most tedious return process i have ever had to endure. I'm using my time and yet its not that important to them. The other thing is that my order status (***) is still under processing even though items were delivered, their system has loopholes and is supposed to be seamless
