Inferior Shoes and Brand.. keep away

November last year bought some running shoes for my wife, she barely ran 70km in the New Balance 890. While she was running on tar road the base separated.

Put in a return on Twitter and sent all pictures, they said I need to log a return online.

Did that and after not getting feedback, sent a follow up to Aqeelah and I was told they can’t take the shoes as the technician said it’s not manufacturer defect!

How the hell we buy expensive useless shoes if when you walking it tears?

I have adidas and ASICS that have done over ****m and not showing signs or separation or defect.

New balance is a **** and inferior brand
