I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I bought my son a sneaker on the 11th of Feb and decided to do an exchange today at one of your shops in Woodmead(the very same store I purchased it from), my son had no sizes on the other shoes you had in store. So I asked for a refund. I am now told it's not possible. I'm told about policies. To my understanding, we are given 14 working days to return an item. I would like my refund, please!
