Horrible service and no delivery

Ordered Level 4 products on 5 May 2020 (It has been 22days since). I haven’t received a tracking number from New Balance. Their communication is horrid. They keep sending generic responses if enquiries are made regarding the order status.

Stay away from New Balance if you are looking for good customer service and speedy delivery (if they will ever deliver....)
