Horrible service

Pathetic service

I've ordered on 2/12 promised delivery the next week. Nothing! Got 3 sms's waited 3 days at home and Nothing. No phone call no apology. Spoke to cs was so horrible speaking to a Malaysian who can't even speak English and speaks so fast I thought he was a AI agent bot or the IVR.

Spoke to an agent on email promised to get back Nothing till today. I'm sick and tired of this. Other international businesses based in China delivers faster than you yet you based in the country this is Pathetic service.
