Horrible Customer Service!

I went and bought new running shoes on 23 September 2021 and ran with them for just seven days and in the process they hurt me and developed shin splits on my left leg. Seven days later on the 03 October 2021 I returned them and explain my situation to the very same lady (Siphelele) who assisted me on the 23 September 2021 and I told her that I want to return the shoes and get refund and I was told without receipt I'm not gonna get my money back! What nonsense is that? I mean its hardly seven days they still have records on their system and I have proof of payment but no she was not having it.

This goes to shows that they don't care about customers needs or satisfaction but our hard earned money PERIOD!!!
