Get your act together NB. Customer retention definitely isn't a priority.

I excitedly purchased what I thought were an awesome pair of sneakers online during their Black Friday sale, only to be notified of BAD NEWS via email the following day that they were somehow out of stock and that my refund would be processed in about a weeks time. I phoned their customer care line this morning (Monday 2 December) for some sort of solution only to be politely told that there was nothing that they could do and that their system had issues. Customer care suggested that the best idea would be to place another order for something else. This first experience buying off of their website has left a bitter taste. Is this how you retain customers? I have owned many pairs of NB's over the years (currently 2 pairs), and have always been happy with the fit and quality. Should your competition rather get my money after this poor experience?
