Extremely bad service

Most frustrating experience ever. Still in the process of either getting our money back or getting the product. I am not certain as their corespondence with me either states that they are sending it via another courier or they are processing a refund. I would not recommend them to anybody. I have been waiting since 14 May 2020. They dont answer their calls and their responses on the web are generic.
