Don't shop at New Balance Online Store!

Guys, I would not recommend buying anything from the New Balance online store. They make you pay R80 for shipping if your total is less than R1000 and then when you want to return the items, they do not refund you for the shipping charges. Also, their courier service is probably the worst. There was no tracking info and no updates regarding estimated delivery dates. The shoes I ordered were delivered on Wednesday, March 4 and I didn't receive any prior notification. They left the package at the security's office which is not a problem, but they did not even send me an email or sms stating that the package had been delivered. If the security didn't tell me about the package, then I would've never known that it had already been delivered. New Balance is one of the reasons why people don't want to shop online. I mean they don't do exchanges, they don't refund shipping and they take forever to process refunds according to their policy. #NewBalanceIsTheWorst
