DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

I purchased track pants on the New Balance website. Waiting for my order and nothing has arrived. So I call after a week and I was told that they can not find my order but they will contact the Head Office and get me an update. After another week I am told that unfortunately, they do not have stock of the item I bought. Urm it showed there was stock online. Anyway, it's now almost a month and I still have not received a REFUND or anything. after telling them that I am leaving for the UK and I need to find me a REPLACEMENT! Pathetic Service. You also suck at apologizing at Technical Errors!!!
