Dishonesty and ******* by New Balance

I bought a pair of running shoes from their online store. They got delivered and I immediately tried them on and it didn't fit. I placed them back in their original packaging in the box. I returned them successfully with photo's of it's original state but it took them over a week to contact me and tell me that the shoes will be re-delivered to me since they were apparently not in the original condition which made me think that they have send me a faulty product from the beginning.

After this experience I will no longer support New Balance as they are dishonest and disloyal to their clients and customers.
