Disgusting customer service/ care

If I could I’d give it a zero. The couriers messed up my shipping, shipped the parcel from CPT where I live to JHB then through to the Northern Cape then back down. What was suppose to take 3 days took almost 2 weeks. The worst was the customer care from agents Zack and Sonia, I had to do their job for them, calling the couriers everyday. Spent R400 on airtime on top of the shoes. The worst customer care I have ever experienced, can’t stress that enough, I am not over exaggerating.
