If I could give them 0 out of 5 I would. I bought a pair of sneakers from their online store. They got delivered and I immediately tried them on but did not like the fit. I immediately placed them back in their original packaging in the box with all the inserts inside the shoe. I returned them successfully but it took them over a week to sms me and tell me that the sneakers will be redilevered to me since they were apparently not in the original condition. Really frustrating, disappointing and pathetic to say the least. I want my refund since this is clearly day light *******.

It really is disappointing since I have 2 other New Balance sneakers that I am happy with so didn't hesitate to buy another pair. After this experience I will no longer support this useless brand that does not care about its customers.
