Consumer sabotage

Extremely bad service. They cancelled my online purchase without trying to get hold of me and without just cause... it was a straight forward purchase, and now they want to take an extended period of time to reimburse me... and I needed the sneakers urgently. I sent them proof of the email showing THEY sent me as proof of order, then the next day I receive an email that they cannot find the order suddenly... I am massively disappointed
