BLACK FRIDAY ****

BLACK FRIDAY DEAL WAS A ****!!!!!! I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a few items of clothing from NB online on black friday. It was between 50%-70% off! was so excited to get my shoes and a pair as a gift for my moms birthday. 2 weeks passed and I had zero communication from NB. Eventually someone read my Email and called me. the lady said "Oh no, your package has been delivered already." Not one courier company ever called me. - I asked them to send it again or try find the package. I got an SMS from them saying I have been refunded. I DIDN'T WANT A REFUND-I JUST WANTED MY SHOES THAT I WAS GETTING ON SALE!!!! Also when they email back its a standard copy paste reply. I have heard that this has happened to MANY people on black friday - so is it all just **** and they doing it for the advertising? Anyway i will NEVER use NB again or any of their products.
