BAD SERVICE EVER: ***

On the 8 September I have ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and paid for both , to my surprise they delivered one pair on the 10 September, I tried sending enquiries without any luck . No one is responding to my enquiry. It is so frustrating not knowing what's happening with your parcel. ***
