Bad delivery service

I bought sneakers online and the delivery took almost two weeks. The delivery guy used to always say I wasn’t available for delivery but he never called me to check if I am available to take delivery. Then I bought sneakers online from Adidas and they were delivered in 2 days. All warehouses are in Cape Town delivering to Johannesburg. New balance uses DSV and Adidas uses CourierIT -
