I recently bought NB1080 (I am not as sporty nerdy technical to know the complete numbering). After 50km running the right shoe gave in to arch of foot. After having my shoes and running style checked by my Chiro, to ensure it is not my running habit, I contacted NB head office through their website. Sasha was absolute star. She assisted me and NB offered me a new pair of 880W. In store picking them up I noticed a notification on the counter that you can take your shoes back for up to 6 months if there is a problem. With the price of running shoes that is a really comforting thought. Well done NB!
