New Balance appear to have a site in South African (newbalance.co.za) that seems to be a ****. Be extremely careful of buying anything from them. I bought shoes 10 days ago and their courier is a company I’ve never heard of and have simply not delivered despite promising to deliver 4 days ago. The package appears to have “disappeared” and New Balance South Africa will not refund me until the shoes have been returned to them. I have NEVER received the shoes so how can I return them? Their courier, DSV, has “lost” the package. I think the two companies are possibly a **** operating in South Africa and I recommend being extremely circumspect about buying anything from them. I think I have been de*****ed of R3599.
