No adherence to covid compliance

I've been to new anchor twice this week, it's a lovely store with the best service ever and all the stock I needed was there and I would rate the store 100% except that the senior management of the store doesn't wear their masks, I complained and I was told that it will be sorted out. What's there to sort out? The management from new anchor doesn't respect the law of the country let alone caring for their customers because I went there again they were having a meeting without any social distance or wearing the masks, can they please explain why they don't wear masks? They don't even hv a no musk no entry sign at the entrance. Managers at the dispatch don't wear masks and even giving hugs to their friends no respect to covid compliance
