Unfair treatment

I have a very bad experience dealing the the flat manager of Watergate flats in Mitchell plain he have no way of speaking to the tenants its always his way or no way.

There is a rule in Watergate that there are no sleep overs allowed. I had a visitor "sleepover" they knocked on my door at 12am and asked my visitor to leave and my visitor left, few days later the send a Notice of Disturbance letter stating that i should pay a penalty on R500 because my visitor refused to leave. I told them my visitor left that night I will only pay the penalty when they send me evidence that my visitor refused to leave, I did not get any proof from them yet they went ahead and deduct the R500 from my bank without my permission. I called the office this morning and I asked to speak to the managers or investors of New Age properties they refused to give them their details they told me to go ask the securities for the incident reports.
