New dedeloper houses

Good day <br> <br> I bought a house at Watergate estate and after I moved I've noticed cracks in and outside the house. when I moved in I was told to submit snag list witch the faults you found in house after you moved in. last I spoke to lady named Phumla and forwarded my complain to her and she promised to send people to look at my house but they never came I try to call her 3 times and in those events she promised to send people over to check the problem. My finding are firewall is not high enough to prevent my house from burning if there's a fire broke in my neighbour's house. Secondly when you switched of geyser tap it affect the whole house water supply witch you can't use your toilet or drink water and cracks around the house in and outside and the are getting bigger and bigger due to train vibration since we are close to railway station. unfinished jobs for example at the back of my toilet tub underneath the big pipe there's a big hole and I had to put a cloth to cover the hole so that mice don't gain access to my house as I have to kill many since I moved to that house. I am not the only one we this problem and I did communicate with someone from that office and no response so f
