Worsed service ever, i have been trying to get my refund for the past 6 months without success. My internet was interrupted and was told that it was a temporary measure to date i have no internet and still struggling to get my refund. I was told by Sibusiso Ncube to buy another router since the initial one was damaged and he would take it for repairs still waiting for my router. New Age doesn't have a landline, you can only get through a cellphone that is with Sibusiso Ncube and he has been avoiding my calls. I wouldn't recommend anyone to subscribe with New Age.
