Unhappy Tendant

From the first month I enter one of his premises my bill is climbing between R200 - R1000 per month. He made a lot of promises before I moved in this flat, but can't keep by his promises. If he can't get out of you that satisfied him, he shout and verbal abuse his tenants. When you phone about any problem, he put the phone down in your ear. He refuse to take responsibility for any of his mistakes. On his contract there stipulate NIL for parking, yet he charge R150 per month for the parking and if you have someone that sleep over for not more then 3 nights per month, he charge another R150. That make it R300 more per month on your billing although there stand NIL. I get the feeling that he recover his costs from his tendants and poor people, they don't notice it. This is not his only property that he owned in Primrose, Germiston. HIS PEOPLE S****S STINKS AND NEED URGENT WOR****!!!!!!!
