I was told before I moved In that everything is working and the ceiling that was rotten would be fixed. None of this was the case.. I moved in and found that the geyser was not working. Took it up with (landlord-owner) Neville, took 6 months to get the geyser fixed. Door handles and locks all broken and not locking. We had to replace ourselfs. Roof is still rotten to this day with mold. Landlord Neville has not done anything to help or rectify.

Toilet was broken. We had to fix it ourselfs which cost us alot.

Landord Neville we found to be careless. ***********. ****. He has broken laws by having the electricity bridged by our neighbors.

The contract that you sign and the amounts that you charged at the end of the month are very different. Admin fees every month Disposal fees change month to month. Sewege Water

The building is unsafe and unwelcoming. I find Neville to be very dishonest and unprofessional and hasnt meet the terms of the contract of being a responsible landlord.

I do not recommend living in any of his properties.
