WORST GYM IN BLOEMFONTEIN

The owners of this gym knew I was not using the gym for about 3 months and never sent me communication that times changes from the gym being open the whole day to be open specific hours. So by the time I paid my monthly fee again and went for a quick session (for the first time that month) the gym was closed. After consulting the owner and explaining that I am a student who only have certain slots open during the day can no longer use their facilities due to their limited times, they blocked me on WhatsApp and refused to give me a refund.
