worst hostel in cape town

this is the hostel in kloof str,cape town called never at home the bar they have downstairs closed at 11 on a sunday,there was massive amount of noise coming from there ,then the whole crowed moved upstairs to my floor and continuid to party until 2 am in the morning,i rang the front desk and asked them to stop the noise,when i requested my money back the next morning they wanted to throw me out and told me they where going to call security,this is a horrible business with huge ****** attached to it.please avoid if you can
