Vitamin C brightening &glow by Neutriberbs

I am agoing through the most I bought Neutriherb's brightening kit and toner. I'm experiencing a reaction on my face. I didn't have ****les on my face, I was fine. I bought the products for a glow and brightening up a bit.Isn now going through the most,I I have a bad rash, my face is breaking out. What's happening? is this a normal reaction, I am freaking out.
