Dissatisfied Custer - Neutriherbs SA

I placed an online order on the 13th January and was advised I should recieve my parcel in 2 days. After numerous follow ups via email and no one answers the phone I was advised that my parcel was on route and should revieve it by the 19th. Made more follow ups there after with no response until I contacted the courier service who advised me that the sender was advised that their truck was involved in an accident. I have not recieved confirmation from Neutriherbs about this and how they intend to resolve this as I feel disadvantaged by the whole situation and that they should resend my order or refund my cash
