Neuthly full body massagers sent from Zenvo South Africa

I purchased 2 Neuthly whole body massagers which were delivered to me from Zenvo South Africa on Monday 22 January 2024. I unpacked them and charged them but neither of them worked. On Tuesday 23 January I logged a complaint on their contact page. NO RESPONSE. I repeated my complaint on Wednesday 24 January. Still no response. On Thursday 25 January I sent an Email to the address on their website (***). NO RESPONSE. On Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st January I re sent the same Email. Both My Emails were BLOCKED and returned to me
