VERY poor quality, completely disproportionate to the cost, and as thin as a plastic laminated A4 page. Unpacked the other one and also didn't work. Plugged one in to charge. Tested after a full day. Still not working. Plugged in other one in to charge. After a full day, also not working. I did a study of the VERY basic instructions that looks like product is from maybe China. Two days later took these 2 massagers to a friend who maybe could see if I was making a mistake in getting them to function. We could not get them to function. Back at home again plugged them in to charge for 2½ days and one got light on it. Tried functioning it and it gave me a shock. Both of these items remain never used. With what I received from what was advertised, EVERYONE will feel deceived. I emailed 2 complaints so far and have heard absolutely nothing. On further investigation of their site looking for a telephone number that is not there, I see that one can only claim for a refund within 7 days of delivery; pay for courier back to unmentioned designated warehouses; PLUS a 30% charge on cost of thise dysfunctional small pads called: 30% restocking fee due to the nature the product, packaging and more. If you challenge this, then they have got under their Terms & Conditions that they reserve the right to terminate your 'use of service', should there be any criticism of their product, service - any errors, ommissions or inaccuracies to their advertising on their website. ANYTHING that is on their website that is misrepresented they reserve the right to change and update this information. I also noticed that I did not receive the same looking massage pad that I saw advertised on their website. And of course I want my money back. I would not dream of ever buying this product. The amount that you pay for the product to what you receive, it truly disproportionate. By entering my email address below, I assure you that they will not take responsibility for returning money paid and are likely to cut service so that they don't make payment. I will correct this immediately IF they return my money that I paid for this. But otherwise they are making money without ethics and keeping the money when the product is unusable and has never been used. If they do keep the money, they should seriously be taken off the selling platform.
