Be careful of Neuthly

Hi, if you look on Hellopeter you'll see Neuthly come up often. They "sell" medical products like knee guards / body massagers etc. BUT when you order and pay you'll receive an email informing you the product is out of stock and you'll get a refund in your credit card account within 10 days. Well, that refund doesnt happen. By the way, they have so many many good reviews posted on their site - all posted on one day - 29th Jan 2024!!!!!!!!!!! If it looks like.... Is it a ****? - as the saying if it looks like a ****, if it sounds like a **** - then.....
