Fantastic Upgrade, Headache Returning Old Gear

The recent speed upgrade I took was installed quickly and works flawlessly—the technician was superb and friendly. The frustration came with trying to return the old modem and router. The instructions were vague, and the required drop-off point was inconveniently located far from my home. Good product, but the logistics after an upgrade need smoothing out.
