worst lab in durban

the worst lab to ever deal with my son did PCR test on 17/01/2022 and its 18/01/2022 and he still have not received results. Test was received by the lab at 10 am and its now 6 .30 pm still no results my family is not at work since 17/01/22 as we are taking precautions toward other employees

my test was done at Lancet lab and i received my results within 5 hours this lab is very inefficient and not organised as other Labs staff gives you 10 different answers i called them at 6 pm- no one in lab knows anything about my sons results there was no supervisor nor manager on duty as thay leave at 5 pm that means no supervising of staff thats working night shift we are patiently awaiting results the adverti*****t they do just to attract people but is not the service they offer i called in about 15 times from this morning - test was received at 10 am this morning and its 6.30 pm - the staff advised that the test was not run during the day as they did not have enough samples to run test as a certain amount must be required to run test they sat with the test from 10am and only doing test now at 6 pm so another day is being wasted in our family of 4 from going to work as employer do not want to take risk

PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LAB this is not the first incident with this lab- as i work in the medical field and we have many many complaints about them
