********* business practices - Possibly a ****

Sadly I see I am not the only one duped by Neuberg's ********* finance department.

I was in hospital in November 2021 which required a covid test. My understanding was that it would be covered by my medical aid. Fast forward 6 months later and I have Boulderson & Associates calling me to pay up with interest. I requested that they ask their client for proof that they have tried calling me only to find that they took my cell number down incorrectly. So Neuberg have been notifying the wrong person but I still need to pay up with the legal fees.

I went ahead and paid the original bill immediately but was told by Boulderson & Associates that the balance (legal fees) is still due by me and will continue to accrue interest.

Looking at the other similair complaints on here, the thought has crossed my mind if this is all intentional. Keeping the debt collector happy and all that.
