Stay away

This is a pathetic company. Also just received a mail stating that i owe money from Feb 2019. They have never once sent me notification since that date that there is an outstanding amount, and now you get a letter of final demand. Stay away from them if possible. I asked for statements and they said they sent a SMS in 2019!!!!!
