Refusal of Payment from Catherine Enslin ( Neuberg Global) Complaint-

I engaged on some contractual call out work with this company through their Procurement and Maintenance Manager, Catherine Enslin, and submitted my envoice for a payment which has been promised since the 28th of September, every time i try to contact her, either she does not respond my emails, or calls, she only did once telling me not to call her cellphone, which she gave me her number and email adress on business card, if she doesnt respond emails i dont know how else she expects me contact her. I suspect either she is *****ing me or treating me with disrespect because im running a black owned company.
