Pathetic Service

went for a Covid test at about 12noon on Saturday 12th, to their Labs in Merbank Durban. I waited all weekend for the results. I called them on Monday 14th at 9am. Despite speaking to various people, at about 10am I was told the samples never reached them. With the country so hyped about Covid, this company plays with people's lives. The cost of the teas was R800.00. Had I not called them I would never have known that samples were lost.
