Pathetic business practice (should be *******)

Same issue as everyone else.

Had blood work done via doctor in 2018 and there was a non payment from my medical aid. Without ever having received any correspondence from Neuberg, I've been handed over and are now also liable for the debt collectors fee.

The debt collector (QueCollect) has the nerve to tell me that I was responsible to contact Neuberg, find out what I owe them and how to go about making payment.

This is below pathetic business practice and should be considered *****. Chris Moody (CFO Neuberg), the buck stops with you.
