Neuberg Global Labs - Threatening SMS's and failure to provide statements to customers.

Started receiving threatening sms's from this organisation recently (threatening to hand us over for monies owed). Phoned to question why I've NEVER received a statement to date confirming the shortfall in payment from our Medical Aid. Got told it's our fault that we've ignored the sms's. Was also told that it's our Medical Aid's responsibility to let us know that we owe them money (LOL!!!). Had to phone more than once to BEG someone to send a statement so that we could confirm that monies were in fact owing and so that we could follow up with our medical aid. To the head of the accounts department in this business: Instead of spending money on sms's and lawyers, spend the money on SENDING PEOPLE THEIR ****** STATEMENTS IN THE FIRST PLACE! It's a simple business principal and you guys need to shut down if you don't understand it!!!

We will never use this lab again and we've advised our doctor of our experience and all the online compaints against this lab. She has advised that she will no longer be referring her patients to them.
