Neuberg Global Labs stole my money, no Covid results

I had a Covid PCR test done at a cost of R500,00 at 10.15 a.m. on 4.1.2022. I have not had the results, despite their website confirming they would be within 48 hours. I was also told at the time I had the test done that the results would be sent to me within 24 - 48 hours. After 48 hours, I emailed them a demand for a refund of my R500,00 as they have been paid for a service that they have not performed. They have not even responded to my email. It is now more than 52 hours ... I am reporting them to the Medical Ombudsman. I DEMAND MY REFUND. YOU CANNOT CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE NOT DONE! It is far too late for me to get the results now, as the reason that I needed it is no longer applicable. I paid R500,00 FOR NOTHING!!!
