Bad Service- POSSIBLE *****

Received threatening SMS to pay. Upon calling, I was advised that I have been handed over without prior notice of arrears of R220 .The first time I hear this already owe R460. When I asked why I was not informed , they said I must take it up with my Dr. Very unprofessional.
