Bad administrative processes

Two years six months, no statement, phone call, email or any communication to say I owe them money. I never even knew they existed until I received a letter of demand. Pathetic and ***ardly way of managing your debtors. Sure you could get my mobile number from my Medical Aid. I never chose to use this lab to do my tests when I was admitted to ER and I will be sure to let all my doctors know to never to send my blood samples to them ever.
