Avoid - ****my business practices

Received 2 invoices (10 days apart) claiming more amounts after settling the first. As with what others mentioned, I only received these invoices 3 months after I've had my lab tests done, both invoices indicated that it was my 90 day notice of outstanding payment despite this being the first time I was contacted and made aware of it.

Would definitely avoid using their services in the future. Unprofessional treatment when trying to resolve these issues. They stated that the reason I only recieved the invoice 3 months late was that the medical aid only paid them then (which my medical aid statements and the balance of my benefits clearly show that payments were made within the same month as the blood tests, confirmed this with medical aid rep). When asked why I recieved 2 invoices they stated that medical aid only paid after the 1st invoice was issued. These statements contradict each other (ie. They couldn't bill as they were waiting on medical aid to pay, yet medical aid only paid after the 1st invoice was issued).

They also tried to over charge my medical aid to the tune of R 6,847.40 which was thankfully rejected by the medical aid.
